Material: Silk (正絹)

Length: One bolt

This is an unused, unsewn bolt of kimono fabric.

It's a紬 (tsumugi) fabric with a slightly rough weave and vertical stripes.

From a distance, it appears to be a dark reddish-brown color, but looking closely at the edge of the fabric, you can see that navy-colored threads are used in the warp. It has a chambray-fancy, deep color that changes depending on the angle.

Depending on the angle, the color in the fourth image appears to be the closest to the actual color on my screen.

There are no noticeable flaws at first glance, and it's in relatively good condition.

I checked="" about 1 meter of the fabric by spreading it out, but I haven't checked="" the rest, so there may be assorted flaws inside. I'm selling it at a lower price to reflect this, so please understand before purchasing.

How about using it luxuriously for handmade or remaking materials? I personally make kimono remake clothes in dressmaking, and I endorse it because it's much easier to start with a bolt of fabric since you don't have to unravel a kimono.

Bolts of fabric will basically be shipped folded small after removing the core.
