In good shape , was bought here from mercari and was like new I believe. I don't have time to use it and I prefer my own straightner. This works well, comes with its charger and 2 hair pins and a bag to put the straightner inside. The bag does have some minor stains of makeup but it doesn't affect anything also some minor stains at the bottom of the straightner too.
