Felt decoration garland

It's a three-piece set! I fell in love at first sight last year and purchased it. It's velvety, so you can place it near a baby or stick it on the wall. Since it's made of felt, it has a warm texture. I've taken it out of the bag and used it a couple of times, but since it's not used often, I'm offering it to someone who can use it for a celebration.
