This is a super rare parallel numbered 06/10 pulled from a hanger pack at my local Target. The card is pack fresh and placed directly into the one-touch case shown.The card ships in the condition shown, inside of a bubble mailer with tracking, next business day. Any scratches are on the top loader, not the actual card.
